Detecto PZ3000 Ingredient Scales
Detecto’s stainless steel PZ3000 features totally touchless zeroing of each ingredient for more sanitary conditions and faster prepping. The scales allow convenient units switching Totally Touchless between most used measurements and each measurement can easily be turned off. (Models listed below)

This ingredient scale features an AC adapter or battery operation with up to 50 hours of continuous use. Non-skid feet allow it to remain steady on slippery surfaces and optional foot tare and mountable pushbutton switches are available.

Detecto models PZ3015, Z3015L and PZ3030 feature a remote display with a swivel-mount stainless steel bracket for table or wall mount while the model PZ3060 comes standard with a bracket for mounting the display on the front of the scale base.
